The battle between the new superintendent and big is well under way, especially when it comes to janitors. Since the beginning of the year, janitors in Chicago have been targeted by the Chicago Department of Public Health, the city’s new superintendent.
Janitors are the least respected of the city workforce, and the new superintendent has made it known that he wants to make sure that janitors have a union. As a result, janitors have been hit with new rules that require them to be organized.
Another key aspect of janitors’ behavior is that they’re not allowed to work for the new superintendent, and they have to leave town to go back to school. That’s not how we get our janitors to go back to school each week. But it can be a long trip for them.
The janitors are still getting off work because they don’t have a school board, and the superintendent is not even allowed to work for the janitors. A janitor can work for two years.
Thats the same job as a janitor, but without the perks. Now janitors who want to work for the new superintendent have to resign from their jobs. And the new superintendent is not allowed to work for the janitors. I don’t know the reason for this, but it seems like its going to be a long time before janitors can even get a job.

I have no idea why janitors are so desperate for work, but it will probably be years before they are able to find a job. I also think the superintendent is not going to be allowed to work for the janitors. He/she is just a janitor.
