This is a real French phrase, or, as the French say, “t’apens.
The idea behind parlez-vous is to have your friends say something to you. In French, this is done by saying, “I’m speaking to / to / to”. It gives you a way to refer to someone and is a rather nice way of introducing yourself in a more casual way.
When it comes to the Internet, it’s all about the Internet. So you might think you’re talking to your friends online, but what you’re really talking to is a search engine. And for many people, it’s pretty clear to them that they’re not talking to their friends online. That’s all true, but there are various ways in which you can address that in your own language.
Google is a search engine, so you would think you could talk to your friends and they would answer you. The problem is that Google makes the question “how to contact your friends?” more difficult than it needs to be. This is because Google is very strict about not letting you search for something if you aren’t sure you can get them to understand exactly what youre asking.
This all sounds scary and annoying, but Google works just fine when you speak English. So if you can get your friends to understand you, you can ask what they are asking you, and maybe they will understand what you are asking.

Google has done a pretty good job trying to get people to speak English. This is especially true when it comes to the internet. You can get around this by asking people to “translate’” your question. Basically, this is saying to Google that you might want to ask someone in another language, and if they can get the right words to describe the problem you’re having, they will help you.
I believe this is done for a good reason. In the past Google has gotten a bit of bad feedback from people who have asked the question “what language do you speak?” and ended up having to send them a translation. Since Google isn’t an English language search engine, it can’t have a good handle on what users are saying, so it has to translate this question, and that has lead to translation errors.
I’ve been very pleased with Google’s translation services. I’ve done many translations and I think Google is a very good service. I have a few translations of my own and I’ve found that if you work really hard to get the translation right, you can usually get a translation that is very close to what you say.
I think it should be possible for users to translate their own question, so I would make the following suggestion: The translation could be a small script that Google can run on your page. The script could check for the language, the user’s language, and even the user’s country. If the script finds that the user is actually speaking in his native language, it would then translate the user’s question. After that, the system can translate the question into English.
