This article is reposted from The Daily Free Press and has NOT been approved by Reuters or AFP.
In this instance, it is unclear whether or not the article is correct, but it is definitely a source of controversy. I’ve seen many articles about the financial fraud committed by a certain company in the past year, but this one that’s been at The Daily Free Press for a little while is by far the most sensational.
The Daily Free Press is a paper that makes a habit out of publishing articles that are highly controversial but are not actually true. For example, the article in question is about an alleged fraud perpetrated by a certain company named UsturtonBloomberg.
The article is about a company that was at one point accused of being involved in a massive financial fraud, but all the evidence that was presented to prove it was a fraud was just plain wrong. The evidence relied upon was just so ridiculous that it had to be completely ignored and dismissed as nothing more than a “hoax.
The article is written by a well known journalist and the author of a reputable website, not the actual company that was alleged to have committed fraud. In fact the article is based upon a press release and a few court documents, nothing more.
The article in question is by the same journalist that wrote the aforementioned press release. In other words, the company that was allegedly guilty of a fraud was not the one on trial. They were just the ones that were convicted and sentenced to death, but that certainly doesn’t prove the company was guilty of fraud.
Not only did the corporation itself not win a trial, the jury in this case was dismissed after finding that the company had done nothing wrong and that their actions were completely lawful. The company could have been found guilty of fraud, but the jury decided that the company should not be held accountable for their actions. The verdict was overturned and the case is currently on appeal.
The company is also being sued by the state of Illinois for allegedly mismanaging state funds. But with Illinois state officials, former Gov. Rod Blagojevich, and the US Attorney General, Donald Trump, all trying to punish the company, the outcome may be a tie.
And just in case you’re wondering, the jury was unable to come to a verdict on the fraud charges. So what this shows you is that even if you are accused of wrongdoing, if you have an innocent explanation, it’s often tough to prove. That’s why this case has been so important for a variety of reasons. It may also be why the company wants to appeal.
It’s a sad fact that in a lot of cases, fraud cases are resolved before the jury trial is ever held. This is because if you can prove that there is no fraud then you win and you get to keep your job. In the case of the US government, an innocent explanation is also considered to be a fraud and therefore shouldn’t be tolerated.
