In the last few months, I’ve heard many people say that the world has become more dominated by American imperialism. I don’t even have to say that. I mean, when you compare the United States to China, it’s one of the largest economies in the world, and it’s about as big as you want to make it look like you’re at the top of the ladder.
Well, in a world where the US has the world’s largest economy and we have a military and an economy that rivals any other country on the planet, its obvious that the US is the most powerful country. Of course it is. But what is more interesting to me is how the US chose to exercise its power.
For decades the US has claimed it is an “indispensable nation.” It was a declaration of power by the very people who would be fighting so that they could have their own kind of power. The US has also used that power to promote an ideology of universal manhood and women’s rights that has made it unpopular with many of the world’s women.
The US has also used its power to protect and expand its empire and that’s a pretty bad thing. The US has also used the power of its army to enforce its own laws and that’s a pretty bad thing too.
The US is a very powerful nation and it has exercised that power across a broad, very wide range of subjects. It has exercised that power in the middle east to prevent the creation of a stable peaceful democratic state on that particular region. The US has also used its power to force a country to sign the trade agreements that it has made in its favor.
The US is a very powerful nation. Its military and police forces have been used to force nations to comply with its laws. The US government has also used its military to enforce its own laws in such a way that it can be held accountable for having violated those laws.
The US also uses its military to enforce and punish the laws of other countries, which is another way it exerts its power. If you want to know what kind of power the US has, go to any foreign-country airport and you will see the signs posted in front of the entrance to many US companies.
When a country is occupied by another country, you can expect the power of the occupying force to be used to enforce the occupier’s own laws so long as those laws are deemed important enough to warrant the use of military power against. We’ve seen this happen with the US (and other Western countries) in places like Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and Somalia. With the US government on the side of the occupying forces, it becomes easier to justify the use of force against them.
The most famous example of this was the invasion of Iraq, but the US has definitely been in the middle east for a long time. The British empire was determined to exercise British power in the middle east, and with the US occupying Iraq, the British government found that the best way to exert their power was to keep the US in the middle east so that they could use their military force against it.
The most common misconception about Iraq is it’s just a country that just wants to keep the US in the middle east and let them use their aircraft to harass the Iraqis. In other words, the US is using the US’s military force against Iraq’s Iraqi government.
